I sent a tablet back to a seller for the second time but this time we had agreed on a refund, i sent it on the 11th december via express post, the seller has answered only 1 of my questions regarding my refund but it was more like being snubbed off, what do I do know, on the item page it says case closed

You say you sent it back for the second time, which is concerning and certainly suggests the seller is not above board
Was it faulty/not what was described/something else
Was the correct process for the return met? (via the case)
Or did you just do 'what the seller said' (outside the case)
And did you originally open a dispute, and the seller 'said' they would fix things, then you encountered that same problem again a second time?
(so does it say case closed for the first case, or was this for the second time)
Have you checked your funding source for the refund (as that is the only place it will go)
If you completed the return process fully though eBay, you could try contacting them
What is the item number and what is seller's feedback like?

Sandy’s questions go to the heart of this. OP, did you send back exactly as per eBay’s MBG process? Or are you totally relying on the seller to honour their word rather than going through the official process?
If you provide the answers to the questions sandy has included in the above post, we can try to work out if you’re actually covered by the MBG.
If you didn’t return as per eBay’s T&Cs for their MBG, we’ll suggest alternatives to get your refund. PayPal Buyer Protection is one possibility…
