I purchased 2 snorkeling sets on Ebay & received an order confirmation from the seller but no tracking number with the order.
After contacting the seller 2 days later, with no response, I tried to cancel the order via Ebay but was declined as they said the seller said it was too late & the items would be delivered in another 5 days.
As yet I still have not received any delivery or tracking information from the seller, is there any other course of action I can take.

Buyers cannot cancel, they can only request to the seller that they do
What was the estimated delivery date?
You cannot do anything (as in open an item not received dispute) until the last date passes
If it the most recent seller to give you feedback, they are registered in China and have appalling feedback
93.3%, beyond terrible , and even some of their positive green ticks have neg comments
The very best course of action is to avoid buying from such a dodgy seller at all, care about who you are buying from and you will have less issues like this

What is the item number?

Go have a look at your purchase history.
Check out the expected delivery dates.
Those are your main pointers.
Until those dates have passed, ebay won't step in, or not usually.
Tracking numbers are often given but ebay does not mandate them either.
Not can you demand a seller cancel, especially after a few days, as a seller may well have posted the item by then.
The second the delivery date has passed though, you can open a proper ebay claim for item not received and I think you should. Unless a seller can provide proof of tracking or delivery, you should be able to get a full refund.
So keep an eye on the date, open your claim asap.
And in future, double check who you buy from China is a bad idea.
