I have been told by a seller to pay on the PayPal account directly. I was given a link but I’m not quite sure how to pay, help anyone?

Re: Repayment

There should be a Send Money link in PayPal (if you have the seller's PayPal email address you just enter it).

I am not sure what sort of link the seller sent you?

Re: Repayment

If you're repaying for an item that you got a refund on it's fine to re-pay, but if it's a new purchase and the seller has cancelled your payment and is asking you to pay through paypal direct rather than through ebay, be VERY wary.

Re: Repayment

I was going to ask if the seller gave a reason for this and if it was a 'new' purchase or if it was because other items need to added (combine postage or something of that nature)

As mentioned, be wary if it is a simple you bought something and the seller is telling you to pay directly via Paypal rather than complete the purchase by going through ebay to pay by Paypal

Very wary

Re: Repayment

I did this a couple of times because a couple of items arrived after a refund. Because the OP uses the word "repayment" it sounds like this might be the case, although admittedly there are also other possibilities.
