Return says need to take action

Return says need to take action, but when I click on it it just takes me back to tracking page.  The parcel arrived somewhere in Sydney week ago, and nothing has happened since.  It tells me I can get in touch with eBay, but any inks just go to the generic how to use eBay.  It used to work that if you told the dead help that you want to talk to a person, finally they connected.  What possible action should I be taking?  HELP!!!

Have you tried the usual cache/cookies deletion and rebooted your computer Kaz ?  Or tried a different browser ?

Re: Return says need to take action

I got hold of agent!  And he assures me that I do not need to do anything.

I stopped selling when ebay changed from PP, and I hardly ever buy anything because I hardly ever find anything I want.  But they certainly have made it all more complicated.  I mean I opened the case in the evening on the 19th of March, posted next day.  Got email saying we have the tracking and you get refund when it arrives.  Then I noticed it is stuck at the Sydney sorting hub and also it said action required by the 18th of March = day before I opened the case!  It still said that couple of days ago, and I did not notice when the date changed, but now it says to take urgent action by 28th March.  The agent says no.

Now I cannot wait for eBay sending me the feedback request.....   I imagine most of people would not be able to negotiate the return problem.  I imagine if the seller does not pick up his returns, it does not get refunded.
