I have initiated a return to an eBay seller and they are not being very co-operative. I have escalated to eBay but they say they can’t do anything unless I log in to the account I used. I only have one account but 2 email addresses….. I bought the item as a “Guest” because I was at work at the time, now eBay is telling me I have to log in to my guest account… I have no idea what that is. I have logged in with both email addresses that I have and they both take me to the account I have had for 18 years. How do I find the item I bought a s a “Guest” ???
