So this is how it is to be, e-bay and Paypal ripping people of, just got denied a claim against a scamming chinese company. Thanks E-bay and Paypal

So why are you not contacting them and telling them this?
How and why was your claim denied?
Did you follow up the dispute before it timed out?
Did you open both an eBay and PayPal dispute at the same time?

You have a great way of asking for help from the board members. Why would we try and help someone who hopes we all die of a nasty disease.
And nobody can help you if you do not tell us what has happened....we are not mind readers.

Got to learn to not get so emional after being scammed. I did all that was asked of me, even sent item back but paypal still sided with the chinese scammers. Time to find some other way to pay and shop elsewhere

So start at the beginning and tell us exactly what happened to make you so emotional.
We may be able to tell you why it happened and how to avoid it happening again.
Inusual for paypal to tell you to return the item and then to refuse the refund....there has to be something more to the story.

I think you need to do what lyndall said and explain from the beginning.
I can understand you feeling really annoyed if you have been ripped off and to be honest, that horse may have bolted, we may not be able to help a lot to fix it. But people here might be able to backtrack & figure out where things went wrong, so you know for next time, if there is one.
For instance, you say you did all that was asked of you. Who asked? And when & how did you send the parcel back, was it with tracking? Was it before or after you opened a dispute? Start from the beginning, list the steps of what happened exactly.
