losing control over my purchases

What the hell is going on, orders being sent back without my consent, orders dissapearing on my purchase history, cant leave feedback, seems to me that ebay has collapsed.

Im trying to set up to sell an item but the security thing by mobile wont let me pass any further,

Mobile phones dont work in my area, this means if I get a text from ebay I have to go for a drive to get.
