SCAM Chinese Sellers Ripping off our Aussie Brand

We are the owners of Wean Meister, an aussie baby feeding company and there is a chinese seller using our brand name in thir listings but selling cheap inferior products while claiming to be us. 

As our produts are used in baby feeding we have had to adhere to global testing standards and use only the highest grade silicoine. these dodgy manufacturers not only rip us off by pretending to be us but they use cheap materials too and god forbid a baby should get sick they will try to come back to us. This is a disgrace and I have reported them to ebay so we will see what happens. 

Frustrating for an aussie business to be ripped off but these theives.

Admitted they use the same name, but they do use  a different design

Reports made by other eBay users may help, so that it seems worthwhile for a human eBay employee to look into the reports, rather than automatically dismiss it as comments by a competitor.

It seems quite straightforward misuse of the brand name. If several disinterested reports do not see this seller stopped from using your brand name (to your reputation's detriment and with the intent of deceiving buyers), the most likely explanation that springs to mind is the old, old story of eBay.cn refusing to act against its sellers.

They have been selling since August last year and have sold 80 items.

There are at least 3 main sellers selling WM items,(are they all you?)

As stated,register for the Vero program.
