Hi people,
Just to let you all know, He sells defective products and will not refund your money let alone reply to your emails. I have had Ebay look into but they have washed their hands of it, it's in the too hard basket. I will never be buying off eBay again anywhere. Goodluck all for 2025.

Did you receive something not as described ?
If yes, did you open an item not as described claim through eBay's money back guarantee within 30 days ?

You have 180 days to file a claim with Paypal if you paid that way.

Hi Casey,
Yes I told eBay about the damaged item that I received. Ebay sent me an Email about the seller should refund me but today I received another email from Ebay saying the case is closed. I have since then responded back to Ebay asking why when no action has been taken by you or the seller???. I tried to make comment on the sellers feedback and could not find let alone access his feedback button. I think all the feedback that is written about him has been self applied or by friends. I am very dissatisfied. I did not pay by PayPal, I paid by credit card. I will never shop on Ebay again.

Sellers cannot leave themselves feedback
Saying the seller's friend is leaving it is far fetched
No reason you could not leave feedback, unless you left it too long to do so
How did you 'tell eBay'?
If you did not open and follow through with the item not as described dispute, eBay will assume you and the seller have reached an agreement you are both happy with
eBay do not do these things for you
No use going back and forth with eBay any other way

IF you opened an item not as described case through eBay's Money Back Guarantee AND asked eBay to step in and
IF the seller didn't respond to the case, you should be refunded by eBay.
The refund will go to your original funding source.
Is that what happened or did you just leave the case open until it closed.
You can contact eBay through eBay Help at the top of the page, follow the prompts until you get to the automated assistant then ask to spoeak to a supervisor

All their feedback as a seller relates to verified purchases. IE genuine buyers.
