I am so frustrated, I sat here waiting for this auction to finish!
Asked the guy a couple of questions, like how old was the air conditioner and was it still under warranty.. then I went to bid and he had ended the item while answering my question
He had $600 buy it now.
And $200 starting price.. so I suspect, he was disappointed someone was going to buy it for less than he expected..
I don't suppose there is anything I can do about this???
Cheers

Having just had a seller being able to arbitrarily end 3 listings of the same item when I had put in a bid on one, and that I had forgone bidding on another item of the same catergory of rare items hours before, this policy is very annoying.

YES YOU CAN....
move on!
You have no case here. You did not bid, and you can not tell the seller what to do and how to do it!
Its his item, and if he wants to end the listing early while there are no bids on it, then that is his chioce!
ummmmmmmmm . . . . . I think they probably have already . . . . . . considering the OP was back in January . . . . and they only posted on this thread twice.

with any luck this thread will now go dormant for at least another five months again . . . . . so don't feel too bad about the spelling mistake.
