Seller has 'NO PAYPAL' in title and listing

I was so surprised to see this I did a search on NO PAYPAL in all categories and was shocked there is more than one seller doing this.
I have reported one item, but how long will it take until eBay get the seller to fix this? Will the listing expire before I can buy it? Grrrrrrr

If the sellers are offering either paymate or merchant credit card then they do not have to offer paypal.

As long as they offer at least one of the the mentioned safe payment methods then they are allowed to say no paypal.

is it a pick up item?  if it is no paypal is the way to go.... there is no buyer or seller protection, so Cash on Collection after Inspection is really only way to buy for pick up items

I found two sellers in Australia with No PayPal in the title, and neither of them offer PayPal (both have Paymate), so nothing to report them for. Near as I can see it, it's probably helped both buyers and the seller avoid a few headaches.

OP do you actually know what the policy is? That sellers have to offer at least one of three safe payment methods so as long as they offer one of the other two they do not have to offer Paypal and are at liberty to say so in the title, very wise to do so if they offer Paymate as not very many people use it so it saves them wasting time looking at the listing.

The items that I clicked on that said No PayPal were offering Paymate, except for one which was cash on pick up; but once again the buyer had confused that with COD
