Hello, I made a purchase using PayPal, seller has today messaged me asking that I cancel order as the item is not available. I am not inclined to cancel, shouldn’t they do that and refund me?
Sometimes a seller will leave a listing active even if they are out of stock so they do not lose the selling history which could have taken a long time to build up.
You can leave the listing active with zero quantity (you have to tick the box in your selling account to use this feature) but only those who have it their watch list can see it. I know alot of the large car part sellers leave listings active with availabiltiy after they tell you they can'y supply it.
