Purchased a set of wheels on 6 July. The seller listed he would freight at buyers expense. Have emailed him a couple of times to confirm freight and had received an email stating a price. He didn't want to get an actual price, only gave me a guest. Have sent numerous emails requesting final payment details, but have heard nothing from him. It has been 10 days since I won the bid. Due to the lack of communication from the seller, I don't feel confident in dealing with this seller anymore. I have been caught out previously on ebay, making payment and not receiving the product.
Can anyone tell me how I go about cancelling the transaction or reporting the seller for not complying with finalising the sale.

As you've already left negative feedback & it is listed as a pickup item, you would have had no buyer protection using Paypal anyway-for that amount of money, cash on pickup should have been the ONLY option that YOU should have considered.
JMO but you may as well forget it now.

It's pointless to pay for the wheels before you pick them up unless of course they need to be delivered to you but be careful with this seller if he rufuses to communicate. If he reports you for not paying explain the situation to ebay.
