I ave the same problem, live in the bush, do seasonal work etc. Stuff sent by courier gets dropped off at the local depot, so I go looking for it there if it hasn't been delivered to the PO.
My postmaster told me to use Box street when a street address was demanded, so PO Box 3 became 3 Box Street.

I have even offered to pay extra for postage if they will just take it to their nearest PO and send it to my PO Box. Any suggestions/advice greatly appreciated. ๐
Can you get them to send it to a relative (not necessarily a nearby one, could even be interstate), then your relative can aust post it to your po box?

I think you are a good buyer.
You have paid.
You have tried to resolve a problem with the seller.
You have sought advise from others.
Well done!
Keep all of your messages to the seller polite and factual without any form of threat.
You now have several suggestions to offer to the seller should they respond to your messages. So send another message
Allow a few days for a response then open paypal dispute..
If the seller still ignores you then esculate to a claim after a few more days.
From that point on Follow Paypals Instructions and only their instructions on how to resolve the problem.
Weather you didnt see the bit about PO boxs or if you thought that it wasn't a bulky item, is irrelevant now as it doesn't help resolve the issue of getting your purchase or a refund in full.
So many sellers on the forums are quick to attack buyers who have a problem. These sellers need to remember that a buyer is fully reliant on the sellers description and willingness to help if a problem occurs regardless of cause. And we all at times can make a simple mistake.
Good luck and I hope this works out for you

Hi my eyesight must be worse than i thought. I have searched thru the listing again and again but I can't see anything about not posting to PO Boxes, it may be there but I can't find it. It says in postage details that it will be sent by auspost parcel. If someone could point out where it says no PO Boxes I would appreciate it. But honestly if I can't find it while actively searching for it everywhere in the listing how was I to know when buying, when I make sure to check postage details because I am aware of the problems I have with deliveries
the seller has some terms and conditions for delivery
Term & Conditions apply for this transaction. Click here for more information.
All Australian orders should include a daytime delivery address and contact details. Large orders and bulky items are unable to be delivered to Post Office (PO) Box numbers.
thats the only thing i can see about p.o. boxes

For items that I send by courier (AAe), if an address is too rural for them then they will only deliver as far as the local PO which work out the same as if you used your PO box address..
But anyway that is all just academic anyway because if the seller cannot even reply to you then you really don't want to trust them with deliverying an as described product.
As soon as you are able I would open a PP dispute ๐

Kaz, that only works for AaE and Australia Post Couriers. They are the only couriers that are allowed to deliver to a post office so is no help to the OP.
