Not for me but my daughter. She purchased an item over $45. Item arrived - totally not as described and totally unusable. We started a return process, and the seller has replied offering us the kind gesture of giving a $3 discount against a future purchase. That's it, no apology, no rectify, and I wouldn't trust a future purchase. We've obviously declined his kind and generous offer, now no response from seller. Yes we will go through the full correct procedure, but it does make us wonder how feedback reviews can be so good.

Why not open a not as described dispute ?
Is the seller registered in China by any chance?

Thanks - clearly stated have started the dispute process. And says is an Australian based company, though sometimes I doubt this. Just pretty poor from a seller.

Actually you said you started return process
Requesting a return does not always necessarily mean opening any kind of dispute

That's easy enough to find out, check their feedback and see where they are registered.
