I bought an item. Seller sent it with a tracking number via fedex.
Item was delivered..but not to me. Fedex claims i cannot open a dispute with them only the seller can.
I opened an item not recieved case and also contacted the seller who said i needed to talk to ebay.
Ebay closed the case because the seller uploaded a tracking number. So im out of pocket 700 bucks . But i never got the package. Help pls

Does the tracking show that it was delivered to a different address than what your ebay listed address is ?
If so, then it should be pretty easy to prove you did not receive it

You'll need to prove that it wasn't delivered to you so first of all, I recommend you request an "Obtain Proof of Delivery" from Fedex
