Hi I bought an item that costs 2600 and tge seller sent me wrong item. I sent him a msg about the problem but still got no reply. Should I open a case to return item or should I wait until the seller responds?

The harp needs to be delivered to the seller, not just in transit.
The seller (or agent on behalf of the seller โ in this case, that seems to be the local distributor Paytons) will then examine the harp to be sure itโs in the same condition as when despatched, and the seller will issue the refund.
You should not be panicking. Did you read the MBG policy page? It will give you the timeframe for the issuing of the refund. In the spirit of wanting you to be informed, I wonโt post that timeframe here. Read the MBG policy page; the link had been posted in this thread twice.
