Hi, I just bought a phone from Japan and the seller used images of the product that had the phone and it looked amazing .. so I bought the phone and now when I go to inspect the baught item it has different images that look worse and cracked... What should I do ??

You can only buy ketai phones from Japan.. so it was a good deal for one.. wanted to try them out

Yes, I can understand why you'd be freaking out a bit but I have a suspicion that cam is right & this is or could be a case of a seller with several of the same or similar item.
Wait till you get it & then see if it is the phone in the actual photos from the ad you bought from.
If it is not, go straight into a claim and add a photo of the damage. You can state that the damage was not shown in the original photos in the ad at the time you bought. I presume no damage was mentioned in that ad either, so in a just world, you should win the claim you'd think.
But wait and see and hopefully it's just a case of a seller with a few of the same model phones and you get exactly what you ordered. Good luck & let us know how it goes.
