$44usb device didn't work as intended so was useless to me. Opened a return. Seller accepted return. Had to let eBay step in because they weren't providing me a return label after multiple messages as they were responsible for return costs. eBay refunded because seller failed to provide way to return. Fast forward a couple weeks the seller is sending me messages asking to pay even sending me PayPal payment requests. Reported them to ebay, not sure what else I could do to get them off my back. Thanks in advance!

If seller was registered outside of Australia, they could not provide you with a label.
I would just ignore further messages.

Have you returned the item.
Just because ebay refund you, does not mean the seller can not seek to recover funds by other means.
Having perused you FB, I must admit I would be sceptical of and INAD claim, as you seem to have a history
of making such claims and accepting or expecting part refunds, compensation.
Then again, perhaps you are just extremely unlucky in your choice of ebay sellers and products.

Where are you getting the idea I have a history of making such claims? My profile says what it says because I'm fed up with bad sellers and I only leave negetive feedback if the sellers are increadbly bad.
You obviously are a honnest seller so I can understand why you would be sceptical. But understand when I buy %80 of my non food items on eBay %70 of them being chinese resellers no matter where the item location is you sure are going to get a history of asking for compensation when sellers send items that have multiple things wrong with the item sometimes to the point of it being unusable.
If I don't ask for compensation they get away with knowingly ripping people off and breaking rules and even consumer laws. Do you think I should take it as a loss for sellers actions? almost all of these sellers don't even change their description when shown how much it's not as described.
I'm not purpopsly purchaseing items to get compensation. Your the lucky one if this isn't your case. I find it hard to believe it's bad luck rather than the normal bad sellers trying to upsell items they know are not as described.

I find this rather shocking if this isn't your case if you buy as often as me. I find it hard to believe it's bad luck rather than the normal bad sellers trying to upsell items they know are not as described.

I'm not even sure why people are giving you kudos while I understand the seller can attempt to recover funds and the fact that people typically ask for compensation or return when items are not as described (normal???) if they were to read that I said they failed to let me return for the faulty item I'm surely not going to be paying for the item when they still don't want the return rather just trying to make me pay again.

Maybe because you show a lack of judgement on who you buy from.
In general, people who open lots of claims and leave lots of negative feedback aren't the sort of people sellers want to have anything to do with.
Also, given the last 3 posts are by you, essentially saying the same thing, me thinketh thou dost protest too much.

my 3 posts are in response to different things what exactly am I protesting? I'm not constantly purchaseing things that are too good to be true so I don't understand how I'm supose to have a better judgement.

Give it up.
Your 3 posts essentially said the same thing.
Regardless of the merits of this particular case, you seem to have a handle on the MBG, and your question is thus pointless. You know how to get your money back for ill-advised purchases.

A lot of experienced members here will suggest looking at the seller's feedback (which shows their country of registration) and be very wary of dealing with high-volume sellers with less than 99.5% feedback.
That's a good start...................
