Hi everyone,
I bought an item on the 1st December and seller stated that it would be posted within 3 days of money clearing. It is now the 10th and the seller has not sent item and has not responded to my messages for the last 3 days. Yesterday i asked him to contact me or I would contact Paypal and open a claim. Before I contact paypal now, i am just checking that this is the correct procedure.

After nearly 2 years I doubt the OP is still concerned about it.

And did you look at the date the OP asked the question before being so rude?
And did you also read that not marking the item as posted does not mean that it has not been posted.
I see you are new to posting on the boards. You may like to read up on posting policy before you get reported for being rude to other posters.

After nearly 3 years, I would hope that the item arrived! It doesn't even look like the OP is still registered.
To the person who dredged this dead and buried thread up, how about some manners? I haven't been here that long, but in that time I have learned that most people here are decent people who are here to help others in their own time. They don't get paid for it. They don't deserve to be spoken to like that.

HUH u think his comments are rude...... go look at the feedback soumou has left for things he or she bought out of 12 pages there is only 1 page that doesnt have multiple negative feedback for the seller............

Good lordy! Seems they are rude and agressive in their feedback too. Seems to have a lot of non arrivals and also seems to blame sellers for slow delivery. How nice would it be if sellers could control the speed the postal service takes to deliver things. We can only dream. I think they really need to take a chill pill and ask themselves whether buying online is really for them.
