Hi,
Has anyone noticed recently that some sellers are no longer letting you use a Parcel Locker address for delivery? I'm talking about sellers that I have purchased things through previously, numerous times, and have used a Parcel Locker address. I've had two recently where I go to buy, and it tells me 'something is wrong' and that 'seller does not send to PO Boxes', and wants me to change it to my home address.
I'm wondering if it is somehow tied into Afterpay now being an option to pay with? The thing is, I'm not selecting afterpay, I'm using PayPal as normal. One seller, I had to message back and forth and they asked me to put it through the home address, and they updated the address on their internal system. Other one, I've just messaged asking why it has changed when I have purchased before. Just wondering if anyone else has noticed this as it's going to be annoying if I have to message the seller when this occurs asking for an exemption...

I read somewhere on here that letters will be held at the counter of a Parcel Locker PO, but I have no idea of the accuracy of that info.
From the (old) link below it appears that if the receiver has a MyPost account the letter is redirected to the residential address. If not, it goes back to the sender
and from AP

AP's conditions for Parcel Lockers reads in part:
.........................................
3.9 We may refuse delivery to a Parcel Locker. We reserve the right to refuse to deliver an article to a Parcel Locker, in our absolute discretion, including, but not limited to, where the article:
(a) is a letter or standard mail article that can be delivered via ordinary post;

Sorry for the necro bump here
But is the AP refusal/return of Parcel Collect AND Parcel Locker deliveries not a consistent thing?
Had a seller give me the option of sending to residential instead of collect/locker (poor woman didn't have a clue that you can put adjust your listing...so all good)
So I was wondering is AP's application of the right to refuse delivery consistent for sellers experiences?
I've had eBay sellers send the exact same thing with the exact same method, and I've collected without issue.
Just wondering why some sellers had issues and others hadn't.
