Sendle - Terrible Service

I have had two sellers send me parcels through Sendle recently. I have never had issues with purchasing and postage through Ebay before. These parcels were delayed and then the expected date readjusted. One parcel took a month to reach me.

I would strongly encourage sellers to use another service. I will purchase only from buyers that use other services in the future. I don't have time to track every parcel.

Well you had better not use Australia Post either in that case,  we are having a 40% delay rate with them at the moment.

Your strong encouragement will not achieve a lot here

 

A very very small % of sellers/buyers read here

 

The buyer has full choice to buy from a seller using Sendle or not

 

There are more than enough complaints already posted on the forum that have not stopped sellers from using nor, nor to stop buyers from choosing to buy from sellers who use them

There have been a lot of complaints about them on here.

I have found them generally okay although I did have one experience a bit like yours.

The ebay seller was lucky really as I did most of the work, contacting sendle to follow up etc

 

But my philosophy is that I will only wait so long. I am prepared to go a week or two past the expected arrival dates but much longer and I would just open an ebay claim for item not received.

Then it is the seller's worry as they will have to refund.

And if by chance, the item eventually gets to me after that, they won't be getting it back unless they pay in advance for return postage.
