Friday 7.45am I think possibly my Ebay parcel may have been nicked from my front door as I heard and saw courier attempting to deliver it. Think it would have been Australia post contractor (also viewed a scuffle with someone) then saw courier leave to get back into post van, went to check for parcel but no luck. Parcel from Canada, no track number. Saw somebody grab courier by his top, positive it was female attacking him . Would have been person who lives in my block of flats. Saw all this from my loungeroom window. Could anyone advise me what to do at all? I have home contents insurance. I am hoping courier put parcel back into van due to the trouble. Very very distressing. Would have run to front door but was in pyjamas. Spoke with post office this morning personally but they did not seem that concerned. Any good ideas about what I can do?

michelle, what was the result of your Postal Industry Ombudsman enquiry?  It's been 3 weeks since you posted the post I have quoted.

 

Additionally, please answer the questions that have been asked about refunds you have received parcels mentioned in this thread that have actually been received by you.

My guess is she will keep both the items and the refunds. Call me cynical, but she was having to hock stuff to buy pet food, why would she own up to the seller and say that she now has the items?

She now understands how the ebay free items works....I wonder how many non arrivals she will have in the future.

yep I thought she was free shopping from the beginning. no one can have as many items not delivered as she does.

yep I thought she was free shopping from the beginning. no one can have as many items not delivered as she does.


I have to admit that in the past the non-arrivals were only panic attacks by Michelle......most of the items did arrive once she stopped being so impatient and letting her imagination run away with her.

I believe this is the only item that has been refunded before it arrived....but then who would think of surface mail from Canada.

I have noticed in this thread that Michelle is very selective in regard to what she chooses to answer from fellow ebayers who have tried to help her in the past couple of months.

 

Come on Michelle at least do the right thing by your fellow ebayers who have tried to help you.

 

Also do the right thing by the sellers and refund the sellers too if they are due a refund.


 

I think michelle has me on ignore and doesn't see my posts.

 

I also suspect that michelle accesses the boards on a mobile, which is why she usually seems to reply to herself.

Apparently eBay/Paypal keep a record of claims for non-arrival of goods and can reject those claims if they go overboard, and do sanction members accounts for possible fraudulant activity.
