Hi,
I am after some advice on how to proceed against a seller on eBay. The amount for claim is small, but I am trying to get the product removed from the market for safety reasons. ACCC requires the ABN/ACN which eBay refuses to provide for "privacy" reasons.
Any idea how to proceed?
Thank you.

You're the best sleuth we have!!
On closer inspection, the first item from fol-30's seller is the same item. I didn't initially check that one, but it's definitely the same lump of carp. I'm surprised it didn't go through given it wasn't one of the shill accounts that won it. I guess it could have been a friend doing the bidding, especially as it was relisted 2 hours after the listing ended.

I wish I still had the rocks I spray painted gold to use as weights to hold bunches of helium balloons for a 50th party. I left them out for local children to find so all gone now. Damn, I could've sold them on ebay.
