The seller claimed that the Customs returned damaged goods to him

The seller counter-offered the price and I accepted and bought the Apexel 65mm lens. Three weeks later the seller said "the item you purchased was damaged during transportation and was returned by the customs.
and the supplier no longer produce" The listing goes on. He is still trying to sell something he doesn't have. This seller is not truthful

Did you get your money back?

Yes, got my money back. He didn't honor the price he offered me. He added $4 for postage instead of free previously. The reason he gave was just an excuse for not sending the item. He was the second person I encountered.

The other seller made the excuse that he lost that big cable. I was the only bidder with a low price, so he decided not to sell  it to me and refunded

If you got your money back, there's not a lot you can do. A foregn seller is not subject to eBay .au policies, nor are they subject to Australian law.

Maybe he repaired it.
