ThinK i May have been scammed

I have been waiting for an item for almost 2 weeks. Two people have left Neg feedback, recently with the same seller, stating they have been scammed out of alot of money for items they have not recieved....So Im thinking I may have also been scammed. Any Advice?

You have only been scammed if you lose money.

Assuming you paid through Paypal, you have a 45 day window to open a dispute for item not received or item not as described.

Where is the item coming from? Is two weeks a reasonable postage time? You did pay through Paypal, didn't you?

zero feedback seller, purchased on the 7th doesn't look good for you getting your item I'm afraid. If you paid by paypal I would start an item not received dispute asap.

Hopefully you paid by Paypal .

Log on to Paypal and file a dispute now.

Escalate to a claim as soon as the system allows.

If you google some of the terms on the listing you'll find her old ebay ID with some negative feedback and you'll find it's the same

person shown on Facebook.

Unfortunately the Neg feedback wasnt left till after I had bought and Paid for the item- Yes through Paypal.

The item is coming from QLD and I live in Victoria- Its also past the Ebay estimated delivery time....

As Dave said you only get scammed if you don't get your money back and since you paid with PayPal then you're ok

Its the principal- Obviously the seller lists items with the intention of never posting the items and I'm sure the seller will not be refunding me my money.

Even if i do get my money back through Ebay/Paypal- I still have fallen victim to a scammer, therefore I have been scammed!

once you lodge the item not received with paypal, don't forget to escalate it to a claim.
