This is a scam? I find the price very low. Seller is not communicating. Would you bought? http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/New-1080P-5000lumens-Android4-4-Full-HD-LED-Smart-Wifi-3D-Home-Theater-Pr...

It wasn't forwarded to T & S,but to the Customer service at the Hong Kong site,(which means I can't reply or
even log in to reply as it's in Chinese),
Apparently they don't know how to check for scammers so they need the item numbers,(not just the link to their
completed listings).
Have sent yet another Email with the item numbers to H & C,(maybe they can now work it out),
Talking about needed things in very simple language,

I think it was before Padi. Hopefully they are taking the advice here and have started the process of getting a refund.

It was Paypal only tippy so the OP should be able to get their money back without any problems (at least it wasn't listed under go-carts......)
Nice scam for the seller 129 sold so potentially a 2.5 grand earner...............grrrrr.
Feedback for the seller makes for very interesting reading.............

They also had two other items listed at the same price and which they sold 100 each of for a total of $6576.71
The current scammer in Go-karts has "sold" 88 phones at the unbelievable price of $19.99 each and a
Quad copter at $169.00,(for a total of $1928.12).

"Trust and Safety" is a complete misnomer when it's (not) applied to these scam sellers, no wonder people are getting edgy about spending their hard-earned on eBay.
I would imagine, as has been said before, that a large percentage of buyers of these items are newbies and have no idea how to get their money back from either Paypal or eBay, or simply can't be bothered and just kiss their money goodbye.
A sad world we live in Taz when there's people like this that prey on others, unfortunately I can't see it ending anytime soon either...........................

When I looked the other day a high percentage of the buyers were low feedback buyers. I'd say a lot will lose their money.

i think there is enough adverts about ebay these days on money back for buyers to claim if there is a problem ,
in fact as soon as something not arived a day after estimates there on the phone these days.
