This is a scam? I find the price very low. Seller is not communicating. Would you bought? http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/New-1080P-5000lumens-Android4-4-Full-HD-LED-Smart-Wifi-3D-Home-Theater-Pr...

joe, I have no idea what you are talking about in your post, you most certainly have not answered any quetions asked of you.
Perhaps instead of slagging members you should just answer the questions that members put to you on these boards.
How hard would that be joe ?
sorry yet again mods, for this thread going off topic.............................................yet again.....................

Here you go in case you forgot to read this one....................
Quote.........................
"Joe, once again you have been skimming over messages and only picking out the bits to back up your argument. I am assuming the post you are talking about is the one on the sellers forum where the moderator very kindly clarified a few things for everyone. What the moderator wrote was:
We do not allow users to advertise websites or post links to any commercial websites. Acceptable websites would be informational websites (for example, if someone needs help ID'ing an item). The website should not have any kind of commercial aspect to it, as in, if you can purchase an item from the site, it is better to not post on the boards. As usual, linking to any competitor/auction website is not allowed.
That website is an informational website, it is not a commercial website. A commercial website is one that offers items for sale. EBay is a commercial website. Sellers here who have their own websites, they are commercial websites because they sell things, therefore they are not allowed to post a link to their site.
You are allowed to post links to say, the eBay facebook page because items don't get sold on their facebook page (probably a bad example, I know). If a buyer posted a message saying they had bought a watch or something on eBay and it's one of those real fancy ones with lots of features and they have no idea how it works, or whether all the features are actually working, someone can post a link to information about how to use that watch, providing you can't buy the watch on the outside site.
A link to a youtube video would be acceptable, providing there is no advertising in the video or the comments section about buying anything in the video. I have watched different informational videos about a product and at the end of the video is a voice over saying "to purchase this product, visit our website" with the website address showing at the end of the video. Even though it's an informational video, it's still advertising a product for sale, so not allowed.
I hope that helps clear things up for you."
Unquote. got it yet joe ???????

So if we are to believe that you are never wrong and no-one else is ever wrong, can you clarify why you keep telling us we are wrong in this case Joe?
And who do we believe....you or the Moderator who posted a very different version of the rules than you are advocating?
My vote goes to the Moderators....they have the power to keep me off the boards....you don't have that power Joe, no matter what you think.

whats your problem i agree with the moderator ,whats your problem , just because posters do not understand that ,thats your problem , posters sometimes dont understand threads or posts. if you have a look at my last post ast night it states goodnight i am going to bed. what part does some posters dont understand , why does a poster goad me with 5 posts in a row trying to goad me , knowing i am asleep. why is this poster posting does he or she understand i am asleep. now if you want or any body else from your group or even those whowant to be in your group want to use or display a website thats up to you not me , so why ask me , if you or your group believe thats allowed why bother with me. . i cant stop you.
remember i have not said a word until anybody uses my name for there purpose. [ ala post about 30 were my name was mentioned about a website i hate. i dont hate a website , i might not like it . none of your business what i like or dont like.
have a nice day

Given that the forums are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, members can post whenever they like. Some members are in a different time zone to you, so while you may be in bed, they have just finished dinner and settling in for the evening. People aren't going to stop posting because you've gone to bed. These aren't your forums, you don't make the rules. EBay do and the moderators enforce the rules (and do a splendid job I might add!). If people want to post a message after you've called it a night, that's their right. Same as it's your right to take nearly every thread off topic.

i cant help it if posters dont understand english , excuse me but i take offence when a poster posts 5 times in a row talking to me , when i said i have gone to bed, i can understand 1 post maybe 2 posts but 5 how rude.
and if i post a bit you havent being doing too bad since you only joined ebay a few months ago mmmmm
