Trying to redeem PING20 but order is not eligible

I get "This code can't be applied to your order." when I try to buy  Bose QC35 II with code PING20. There is no other information available. Read Ts&Cs and I seem to be eligible. Any idea?

Thanks. Turns out I needed to ask them to migrate my account from India to Australia. Not something I could have done from the website.
