UK - Aust shipments

I was adivised of a package shipment ex UK on 19 Mar with est arrival date in Sydney of 30 Mar - 9 Apr. Appreciate current airline disruption but is it time to make a claim?

It could well be held up in Customs.

I have a UK parcel on it's way but because of the delays I won't bother opening an MBG case until at least 25 days past the last ETA.

None of my current items are likely to arrive within the ETA anyway.

If you were a seller and your buyer was well aware of the current climate and related delays but made a claim anyway, how would you feel ?
