I have recently been having issues with Couriers (mainly US ones) being unable to deliver parcels to my address. but the real problem is that I ma not given any alternative to collect my parcel and instead were marked as "unable to deliver" and sent to a returns facility somewhere in Westmeadows Victoria. One parcel that was suppose to be delivered several weeks ago I only got a refund for when I launch an inquiry to find it, and I have two others that failed to be delivered recently which I sadly predict won't turn up.

Is there anything unusual about your address?
Is it to a PO box, or do you live remotely?
Is the address to a large block of units or something like that?
It seems odd that several different couriers are having problems.
I have heard that some don't deliver to remote spots.

My address does have a long driveway. I also wonder how much the delivery drivers rely on the GPS, as it's possible that some delivery drivers are being lead to the wrong street due to the GPS thinking that the access to my home is at the back of the property rather than the front.

The real problem I have is just trying to get hold of my parcels, as i have not been given the option to collect them from a local post office or news agent. According to the tracking history they sent to a returns facility in Westmeadows Victoria on the 31st of December, but I don't know if they will still be there when I can launch an inquiry to find them early next week.

I'm presently having trouble with two parcels. One was sent by Asendia USA, and the other is by DHL eCommerce America.

I've tried contacting Australia both by phone and email and I can't get through to them as they don't recognise the tracking numbers.
