I have recently been having issues with Couriers (mainly US ones) being unable to deliver parcels to my address. but the real problem is that I ma not given any alternative to collect my parcel and instead were marked as "unable to deliver" and sent to a returns facility somewhere in Westmeadows Victoria. One parcel that was suppose to be delivered several weeks ago I only got a refund for when I launch an inquiry to find it, and I have two others that failed to be delivered recently which I sadly predict won't turn up.

International Drive in Westmeadows is a hub area, bulging with warehouses and depots for logistics companies. There are also some industrial companies there. To the best of my knowledge, AP don’t have a depot there.
See this link for post offices that come up as being in the area: https://auspost.com.au/locate/results?lat=-37.6776685&lng=144.8989873&type=PO&zoom=14
The Westfield Airport West LPO is probably the best option.

Alright. So I guess that means they won't be able to collect my parcels and send them to a post office near me.

I think it's safe to say that I've done all I can and there's nothing ells I can do. DAI clearly can't do a simple task of sending my parcels to a local news agent, and they are not responding to my emails. And I don't think I can get another company like Australia post to deliver them because they're not at an Australian post deport. Thankyou for all the advice you have all given me.

i have the same problem. Do you have their contact in WestMeadows? I like to contact them for my delivery. I think this company is not honest. Kindly help, as I paid 280$ for the product.

Never post your contact details in the forum. I've asked a mod to remove the information.
Scammers around the world read here and pass on and/or sell details to other scammers.
Be very aware of phishing emails you may now receive !
Take all precautions.
If you haven't received an item, you have 30 days past the last estimated delivery date to open an 'item not received ' claim through eBay's Money Back Guarantee
https://pages.ebay.com.au/ebay-money-back-guarantee/
Is the item from the shonky Chinese dropshipping seller who last left you feedback ?
Many of their items don't pass Australian mandatory safety standards and are very dangerous to use.
They could burn down your house and/or kill you or your family
What is the item number ?

You need to stop buying death trap knock off batteries from China
You may not care about yourself and your property, but your choice to buy these hazards and put those around you at risk is not ok
You say you believe the delivery company is not honest, yet you support dodgy sellers
Maybe, just maybe the West Meadows place realised there were dealing with an illegal death trap battery and we’re not willing to deal with it any further
You will pay far more than $280 if your choice to buy these things burns your house down or kills someone
Buying from sellers like the one you have, with all the warnings in their neg feedback and ignoring the warning that was on a highlighted banner not to post your personal details but you go ahead and do so anyway
As said, you have now provided every scammer reading here with your personal details that they will share, use and sell and scammers will be the only ones who use it to contact you
