We cannot tll you where you order has gone

What does the tracking number say when you enter it in whatever you need to enter it into?

A basic Google search does not show any results

How long ago did you buy it, and  what was the estimated delivery date 

I take it this is from the seller in The UK who has not sold anything else in over a year?

I'm not sure if that tracking number is valid. I put it into Trackingmore.com, which can track just about anything and it doesn't find it, although it does mention Pitney Bowes, which is the Global Shipping Service. The item will goes to a central transit hub run by PB who will often repackage the item and issue a new tracking number.

What does your tracking say when you click on the number from inside your transaction?
