Hi all,
I have been trying repeatedly to send a message to a buyer, it asks to put in the verification code, which I have done approximately 10 times or more, it keeps saying it is wrong, but I know I am inputting it in correctly. What could be the problem here? I have even tried to "hear" the code but my speakers aren't that good on my computer, and it sounds to me the numbers they are saying aren't even the numbers on my screen. I am getting very frustrated here.

have you tried refreshing the page or closing it and starting the process again?

I have only had that problem occur once and it was actually because I had a word in the letter that was not allowed (swear word)
Could that be your issue?

Almost Janeababe!! It was getting pretty frustrating.
