Don't waste your time buying this China RIP OFF, OF A RIP OFF
$65 dollars and it just turns on for a few seconds and the turns off?
DO NOT Buy from this Seller on EBAY,
They to agree to a refund, so I waited one month for the scanner to arrive, it cost 65 Dollars they want me to spend another $35 (it must be tracked so Paypal have proof of sending for refund) to send back to China and then in two months from now Paypal may give me a refund Spend 35 bucks to get 65 back maybe?, in two months, yer right. Not worth the frustration and I would recommend NOBODY BUY FROM THE MANUFACTURER

FYI after our own actions, a little gentle pressure, No help from ebay or paypal, which is to be expected, that the seller decided to send a full refund without the item being returned.
The internet helps sell and also can be effectively used to warn other buyers of potential down falls, we made a youtube video of the item firstly not working and a second video of the item being smashed to pieces as it was of no value to anyone.
Why? because it was the principle that mattered not the 65 Dollars, clearly some on this forum may not get that.
Just finally for the moderators that seem to think it appropiate to change content (excluding names) in this sort of report, dont waste your time in future as the original report with the sellers name cannot be tampered with when on line and it still remains, if the moderators want to do something useful now, take down this whole posting from the beginning as in fairness the matter has now been settled
As agreed we have taken down our Youtube vids, now having had our full payment returned.

No misrepresentation, item clearly stated as coming from China so no surprise if that is where you have to return it to if it s faulty, cost of trackable return post should be no surprise either if you do your homework before you buy.
Feedback of 99%, that is .5% below the level I would trust for a high volume seller, would only risk it if it were something cheap enough I was willing to take a chance on knowing it would be uneconomic to return.

It seems to me that you would be ahead if you spent $35 to get $65 back. Better than having spent $65 and have a non working item.
Why do you say it is going to take 2 months to maybe get your money back. If you follow the paypal rules and post the item with tracking you should get your money back within a couple of weeks at the most.

It took 4 weeks to arrive , assuming it still has to return through China post that is a month, then PPsay it take 4 weeks for funds to be put back in your a/c, then there is the time it takes for the reluctant seller to confirm the receipt,

Screen shot an AP quote to return to seller with insurance and tracking.
Ring paypal and request NICELY that due to the excessive post cost comparerd to the value of goods you are seeking a refund without return. Might not fly, but worth a shot.

Mate, I get it that you are not happy with the Chinese rip off thing and paypals response of "just send it back ". It is very frustrating when these things happen, but having a go at the forum users who give you a ( correct ) answer that you dont really want to hear, aint helping.

It might be a good idea to read and understand the ebay and paypal rules before you do too much more buying and selling on ebay.
It might save you from more angst in the future if you know how to get your money back without resorting to Youtube.
I am sure a lot of buyers and sellers will be interested in the feedback you leave for others.

I have simply commented on the posts you have put on this thread.
Are you saying you have not given the facts?
