Hi Ebayer,
My purchaser no. 273476023320.
I would like to pay by Paypal instead of COD what I selected.
Any chance to pay by Paypal now?
Thank you.

You need to contact your seller, the posts here are responded to by members like yourself, not your seller.

I'm afraid this is just a public forum, so you're not contacting your seller directly here (to do that, you'll need to go to "My eBay" and look for the purchase in your order history, then use the menu options to contact the seller you purchased from).
However, I can tell you that in most cases, it's not possible for the seller to alter the payment methods on a sale once a certain method has been confirmed via checkout. If you have gone through checkout and made the selection of COD formally, the seller can't reset the options so that you can go through checkout again - the only options the seller can provide is either a direct invoice (this is an invoice generated in PayPal, not eBay, that is sent directly to your email address, which the seller should now have on the order details), or by cancelling the original order and having you purchase then checkout again.

Cash on pick up is better if you are still picking it up.
You get to inspect the item before paying and if it's not as described you can walk away.
If the seller is now going to post the item and you have already completed checkout then you need to ask the seller to send you an invoice and that will reset checkout for you to pay via PayPal.

As far as I know, once checkout has been completed, the seller can't send an invoice. I just umarked an item as being paid and there was still no option to send an invoice. Probably the only way is as already suggested, ask the seller to cancel and then rebuy the item, or get the seller to send an invoice via PayPal. The latter would be the least disruptive I think.

I am hoping/assuming you have asked the seller already and they are ok with this?
