Keeping getting this message every time I go to make an offer 

"Attention Buyer: We are unable to send your message at this time.{e223407-1230063x}"

Not sure what to do and couldn't find a solution online

Could (most likely) be a Friday issue (glitches happen every Friday, eBay's fiddle day)

Other *possible* reasons

Does the seller have an 'away until x date' banner on their page?

Could be the seller has blocks  in place

Do you have another ID which has strikes against it?

But if you have looked online, those things would have come up

It was happening as well last night, but hopefully it is that friday thing you mentioned - that's good to know!!

Should try out more sellers but it's been the case for 4-5 I've tried.

No other ID or strikes, created my account yesterday.

Again hopefully it's the friday thing, but either way thanks for your help!

In the past that error message has been linked to offers with messages containing contact information, or something that may appear to be contact information to a simple filter script.

I suspect sugar is on the right track.

Or it could be that, as a new member, you have hit eBay blocks.

Start slowly. Maybe pay what sellers are asking. If you sent me an unsolicited offer, you would be blocked forever.

Do the sellers actually have 'best offer' enabled, or are you just chancing it?

Only been making offers when the option is available and it was my first time making an offer on each item when that message would appear. But it's all good, it's working again now!! Thanks for the help though!
