Tape player plays tapes, but only forward at playing speed is the way I read it.

I am selling my Vintage Sony WM-501. Mint condition plays tapes, radio works and volume and sound is loud and clear, fast forward and reverse dont work and I am not going to take this beauty apart to fix. The model sony walkman is on permanent display in the Smithsonian Institute and is a highly sort after collectors item. Comes with original hard case belt clip is intact, gumstick battery and charger. Buy it now price is firm so no offers, advertised elsewhere so reserve the right to remove if sold prior to end of auction. Dont miss out on one of the most collectable vintage sony walkmans. post to worldwide.
I new that the radio didnt work ok??. My complant was to do with the tap player. <REMOVED> said that the tape player worked perfectly. When in fact it did not.
The OP is not correct by saying that the seller said it worked perfectly and to me the listing states clearly that the fast forward and rewind functions does not work. This part of it is not in question.
At the moment there is no evidence to suggest that the tape player actually played tapes. There is however statements to suggest that it did not play tapes as described in the listing, as suggested by the feedback of the OP (which seems to have been removed?-
No radio, tap don't work

Edit: I found the negative feedback that the OP left-
''No radio, tap don't work. Tiered of being ripped off. So tiered of it :(..''
