If there is more than 12 hours to go you can retract your bid then you must place the new bid straight away.
http://offer.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?RetractBidShow
As there is bids the seller will not be able to change the listing to the correct info.

If you are not allowed to retract your bid during the last 12-hours of the listing, you may contact the seller to request that your bid be cancelled. The seller will have the discretion whether to cancel your bid.

If you bid on the title 32g, why would you want to cancel?
The seller really should remove the item and relist correctly as they are leaving themselves open to INAD
