When I sort on time ending soonest I now get completed items listed first......about 300 of them and this defeats the purpose of searching in this way. I contacted eBay and they said:
"Hi Ken,
Thank you for letting us know. It may happen that the
items in the first page that is in "Ending soonest
state have already ended after a few seconds since listing
that is running for less than a minute will show its
countdown in the website real time . Should you want to see
other active listings that has not ended , you may look for
items ending soon but not less than a minute so you will
still have time to view and possibly buy the item.
Enjoy the rest of your day and keep visiting eBay for
more great deals."
Well, these lisitng go back 6 days and either I do not understand eBay or they have no idea what I am even taking about. Can anyone help? This problem started suddenly and has not gone away. I happens in both Firefox and Explorer.

The only thing I can suggest is that your search parameters are too large.
How many items come up in your search?
Refine the search and see how you go.

albury, The part that says "ebay have no idea what I'm talking about " is IT. Bingo. They have no idea what's going on within their Site, nor do they care. Their service is apalling.

I'm running firefox and having no problems like that (until tomorrow maybe when the blardy techs start fiddling again............)
Maybe try clearing cache/cookies and rebooting ??????????

The Show Completed Listings on the left hasn't been ticked somehow has it? If it's not, you could try ticking it, then unticking it again.
