Hi,
I have been advised by Ebays Global Shipping Program partner Pitney Bowes that my order has been lost and that I need to lodge a case with Ebay Protection!
Where can I find this?

Lodge an Item Not Received case with Paypal.

Go to the item purchased in your purchase history - drop down arrow - resolve a problem, and follow the prompts.

thanks for the replies.
the saga continues as Ebay.com pointing me to Ebay.com.au then onto Paypal.
They then split the case into the "Item" and "Shipping"
And I dont see this getting sorted any time soon.
The seller shipped it to Ebays global Shipping program by Fedex and it shows it was delivered there.
And nothing has changed since May 14.
Paypal have been sitting on the investigation for a while now and no evidence of progress.
I have Pitney Bowes advising the item has been lost, but im out of pocket and no goods or refund to show for it.

Have you escalated the case, not just opened it?
