This has happened a few times now. I purchase something from China, IT is faulty, I send it back, they send a replacement that doesnt arrive, this take months, suddenly, the item is deleted and forgotten about, and the supplier thinks they have have gotten away with robbing me. Items should NOT be deleted from my purchase list until I leave my feedback. The only thing these guys fear is the dreaded 1 star! Although I have noticed most of these suppliers have more than a few accounts.
Please EBay, rectify this problem.

If an item arrives faulty and the seller expects you to pay the postage cost to send it back to China then I would leave a neg there and then. Beats me why you are waiting instead of opening a Paypal dispute and then escalating to a claim asap and getting a refund, if they are going to replace then they have to provide Paypal with proof of posting within 10 days of you escalating to a claim or you will get your cash back.
