Wanted to buy a Fjallraven Kanken backpack and realised that there are a LOT of FAKE items listed here on EBay Australia?? So changed the search criteria to pre-owned and the results came back with two pre-owned and a LOT of NEW listings that were not only FAKE but the sellers were APPARENTLY in AUSTRALIA??? I would not be able to sell a BRANDED item on EBay Australia if it wasn’t AUTHENTIC! Ebay would remove my listing so why do they allow this from FOREIGN sellers??? EBAY, please sort this out ASAP

Did you provide evidence that the mouse was fake? (Statement on letterhead from Logitech, or possibly a Stat Dec.)
Did you open the dispute within 30 days of receiving the mouse?
It’s going to be one of those reasons.

Not on every listing. It seems that sellers are able to circumvent this. Trying to contact eBay is very difficult.

How so?
eBay help is at the top of every single page
Plus as the buyer, you have all the power
You can choose to
Read the listing
Check the seller's feedback
Open a dispute if you don't get what was advertised
Very easy to do any of these things

This is one reason why old threads should as a rule not be dragged up years later. @02robins_80, you have replied to a post dating back to 13th June 2019. Four years ago. In the interim, eBay’s look and functionality have changed.
The regular board members responded in this old thread to a more recent post in a spirit of helpfulness… but this thread probably needs to be locked now so that we don’t see further responses to old replies.
