But almost impossible to police as a seller may have a warehouse here.
Best for buyers to check where the account is registered and feedback for comments stating items sent from China.
And all buyers should leave negative feedback if items show as local then arrive from China regardless how good the product is.
Then maybe there will be some change from the Chinese.
But then again in most of my commercial dealings with the Chinese outside of eBay, they just don't care.
