Why can't I view items I have in my watch list from international sellers? ebay change something?

HEllo,

Everytime I try to view items that I have saved in my watchlist from last week, I am unable to to view them and receive an error message saying that it is a restricted item. That message flashes on the screen for about 0.25seconds then i get a lame message saying the page has moved or item is no longer available. 
I can click on the seller name and see that they have items for sale.. however I cannot see their listings. 

I have already bought from the sellers and need to pay them but cannot contact thema about payment, so now I am in real trouble. 

Funnily enough I can still view these sellers items on my iphone ebay app. 

Any ideas whats going on?

If you've already bought the items they should appear in your Purchase History and there's a Pay Now button on the right hand side.
