Why is it that so many Chinese sellers have got such bad feedback yet ebay still let them trade.

thanks and yes know that now but at the time gave the seller the benefit of the doubt & agreed to allow him to repost the item & wait another month.  Yes yes silly me not being clued up on policies I'd agreed to in 2007 when I joined ebay & lesson learnt as he obviously never sent the first or second parcel. I simply had not had any issues prior to this to need to keep up to date.  I'm clearly not alone though as the seller has a lot of other people with the same issue... what else can I say? It's my loss.  Thanks again & good luck to everyone.  Bye!

Whilst there are obviously good Chinese Sellers and you don't have to be a racist to say this,

the huge amount of Chinese Scammers  who fraudulently list on this site are laughing at ebay.

It's an absolute disgrace as those type of scam listings keep appearing almost ever week and  should be removed

quickly,(but they aren't),

It's about time they changed the report link as well as these aren't hijacked accounts,(they are straight out

scammers).

Having: The listing has items being sold without the owner's authorisation. You didn't bid. makes no sense when

reporting these,(when a T & S  agent looks at it if they probably have no idea why it was reported).

It's probably why they took the brief description box away,(if they can't work out why it was reported they wont

have to do anything),

Considering how long some take to get removed,(if at all) T & S seem to be non existant,

As a buyer the sellers feedback is there to help you, yes this seller has a lot of negatives, but you can hardly blame eBay for your negligence.

FB is visible to all and is there for all to see BEFORE buying, given that, why on earth would you be surprised that this seller was less than perfect???

Sorry, but eBay give us (both buyers and sellers) the tools to make informed decisions, if we ignore those tools and go blindly ahead with buying regardless of the warnings, then there is only one person to blame when things go horribly wrong.
