Has anyone else in Australia noticed exceptionally slow postage times lately? I am seeing 4 and 5 week delivery estimates on nearly all international items and domestically, the times are appalling. I had one item recently sit for 8 days in Chullora NSW after clearing the sort process. Other items from Sydney are taking upto 2 weeks to deliver.
Am I alone in this?

I'm assuming your reply to me is not addressed to me.

On some mobile devices I don't think it's possible to reply to a specific post in a thread .......... it just defaults a reply to the previous reply.

international order taking up to six weeks sometime longer when it use to be two
everyone is charging more for postage but it seems to just get slower and slower

i have had problems quite a number of times with parcels being stuck at sunshine west
try telling that to australia post that there is something wrong with that facility and you just get the run around of maybe parcel is not addressed correctly or that day your parcel was processed they had a huge influx of parcels
mail from the UK for me on average is 3 weeks

Yes I've noticed the same thing I brought so many things from eBay and I have to chase the sellers to get my parcels and get refunds they don't turn up and when they do they were about six weeks after you buy them I'm thinking about not buying from eBay anymore go to Amazon it's a lot quicker a little bit there considering I am eBay plus customer it doesn't do any help of getting my parcels I think eBay needs to get their act together

No need to chase anything. Something does not arrive, you open and follow through with a dispute . Zero chasing required
You know the estimated delivery date before you buy, so you know if you won't get it until 6 weeks later
eBay is not responsible for the speed of the postal service
Posting on a thread from 2015 is'nt going to achieve anything
