Why would Paypal be 'not available right now' when I try to pay for an item that is the prefered method of payment ? Why does it require to be sign in again to make the purchase when its Ebay.com and I'm trying to purchase from an Ebay.com.au address? Somethings not right when this is the first time this process has hampered a purchase from the .com portal from my .com.au account?
