Won a couple of items back at end of Feb from the same seller. Items still have not been posted.

Seller has not been responding via messages through Ebay.

on Friday i received an email from the sellers account claiming to be the mother of the seller saying the seller had died on 4/3/16.

It seems a bit odd but how do I tell if this is genuine or a scam?

What do I do about the items not posted?

Oh dear god, don't say that! She'll lose any dispute she opens if they don't arrive safely, in a timely manner! We might have to put our heads together and help her out.
