Hi
I purchased an item but it was not what I had hoped it would be. The seller agreed to refund my money.Originally he gave me a chinese address even though the item was listed as located in Australia. He then gave me an Australian address & I sent the item back. He apparently can't locate it. I have a signed sheet from the courier that it was received. Any advice on what to do next? Thanks

Thanks he is a chinese business man with an registered Australian company. I have got Paypal involved & I am waiting to see what happens. I uploaded delivery documents & a copy of the signed sheet from the courier that they received the item. Lesson is never buy anything on ebay worth more than $100 ie what you can afford to lose. Maybe I should go to Fair Trading!

Just another thought, if you sent the item back via Aust Post, you would have been able to claim up to $45 of the return postage. Something to keep in mind for future reference.
